Depending on your fitness level you will need a variety of dumbbells ranging in weight from 5 to 50 pounds.
Then there are several pieces of optional equipment.
The two must haves are dumbbells resistance band and a yoga mat.
At the end of the day the equipment you choose to you is really up to you.
Required p90x3 equipment the bare minimums dumbbells or resistance bands for men you will need the option of 10 40 pounds of resistance.
No equipment is needed however you can use the powerstands if you want to add some extra difficulty to the workout.
